Anila Recruitment is a specialist talent agency supporting the Early Years and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) sector. We partner with purpose-driven organisations committed to delivering excellence for children, families, and communities. We are representing a highly regarded Not-for-Profit provider for their beautifully rebuilt Early Years service. This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation recognised for its community-driven values, and genuine commitment to staff wellbeing. The service is currently being rebuilt from the ground up, with a brand-new facility due to open in January 2026.
